Welcome to PyroArt™ ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at pyroart.net (the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and, if you use Google OAuth, your Google profile name and email.
  • Uploaded Media: Images and videos you upload for AI processing (face swap, unblur, upscaling, image-to-video, etc.) are temporarily stored to complete your request.
  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and processing job history.
  • Guest Session Data: For users without an account, we store a browser-based guest identifier (localStorage + cookie) to track your free trial credits.
  • Payment Information: Credit purchases are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the AI processing features of the Service.
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
  • Process and track your AI job requests and credit usage.
  • Improve and personalise your experience on the platform.
  • Send transactional notifications (e.g., job completion, account events).
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Uploaded Media and AI Processing

Images and videos you upload are sent to our AI processing infrastructure (powered by VModel API) solely to complete your requested task. Processed output files are stored in our Supabase Storage bucket and linked to your account or guest session. We do not use your uploaded media to train AI models.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and process any media you submit. Do not upload media containing individuals without their consent.

5. Data Retention

Uploaded source files and processed output files are retained for a limited period to allow you to access your results. After this period, files may be automatically deleted from storage. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., Supabase for database/storage, VModel for AI processing, payment processors), subject to confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PyroArt™, our users, or others.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and localStorage to maintain authentication sessions, store your guest identifier, and remember your preferences. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function. By using the Service, you consent to our use of these cookies.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including Row Level Security (RLS) on our database, JWT-based authentication, and HTTPS for all data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Your Rights
